Everytime I click the destination path which is my S3 bucket it just shows the loading effect and nothing else, It doesn't load the folders of the server except for S3Drive default storage (managed account). (edited)

It seems that this issue is related to your mount issue: https://discord.com/channels/1069654792902815845/1253796440249991211/1258277165993168926 as both mount and Sync folders load use Rclone to access data back-end. What's your S3 provider if I can ask? Do you have E2E encryption enabled? (edited)

I use Storj.io and iDrive and yes E2E is enabled.

Actually it just shows the loading effect on both. So they might not be the problem.

We will look into this, whether there is some Rclone misconfiguration for those two back-ends or perhaps there is some network issue. We'll see if we can add additional logs to the app, as Rclone should tell why it's not working as intended.

I use Storj.io and iDrive and yes E2E is enabled.
That's quite strange, I've tested both Storj and iDrive E2 with E2E enabled on Windows 11 and it worked just fine. These 2 storage providers have one thing in common, that is Server Side Encryption, but it shouldn't really affect the directory listing. By any chance could you try 3rd provider, e.g. Backblaze or any other?

The issue seems to be fixed now. I just 1. Downloaded the newest version of S3Drive 1.9.3 2. Remove all credentials 3. Add them again 4. Worked!

P.S Renaming the connection breaks the mount (after you unmount and try to mount again it will be empty again). (edited)

Wow, that's a great finding. Thank you! We've now released a fix in 1.9.4 version on all platforms to fix empty mount issue if custom profile name isued. Can you give it a go and let me know if this issue is now resolved? (edited)
